James and Jack Cooper - aka Ultimate Painting - are back with the first taste of their forthcoming new album Dusk due 30 September via Trouble In Mind Records. As fans of the band have come to expect, 'Bills' is a brilliantly floating, dreamy guitar pop number that aligns the London pair with the likes of Happyness and the hypnotic brilliance of, a more laid back, Preoccupations. Its relentless pedal hums away below noodly guitar and their typically hushed and effortless vocals.
